My PC refused to start. I used the Acronis rescue app on a USB to get in, but the restore failed after about 3 hours I am afraid to even install the Acronis software now Can't be the same Acronis True Image I use.

It is fast 8 min. I use it very heavily. Can't be the same Acronis True Image I have used so successfully. I've been a PC user for 31 years and I own 19 Acronis product licenses. These apps have saved my bacon many times.

Take a little time to read the page User's Guide available on-line. It is really a great app. Confusing, slow and buggy. Overall, I was frustrated and felt no confidence that I'd be able to restore my system with Acronis.

I'm now using "Casper 10" which makes a perfect, bootable clone of my entire system drive in about an hour. Takes about 3 clicks to get it started. As for support, you'll get a detailed reply from the developer within a few hours.

How can you beat that? How does a full disk image in 8 minutes sound to you, Restores just as fast. You invest 1 hour with Casper I spend 8 minutes with Acronis. Phone support is available if needed.
