I just bought the Sony A but my version of Lightroom doesn't support the profile. The color profiles are supported from version 2. Which version do you own? I don't use Aperture and I don't known it very well, but I think there are no tools to create color profiles for it.

Are you using LR3 saved presets? If so, you should save them again with LR4. Sorry you are correct! When using that preset in LR4 it reverts back to the LR3 settings. I have now created a new preset using one of your recent profiles and all is well.
